As a leader of the company’s customer service department with 30’s employees, you are responsible for the operation of the business as well as ensuring that the efficient and quality of the customer relationship is conducted. Customers are both in the corporate and private market.
We are looking for an experienced customer service manager with both an operational and strategic ability to lead and develop staff. The role will be a part of the Management Team.
The assignment is expected to last until December 2017 and is located in Stockholm.
Experience from subscription services is beneficial.
