Torbjörn Wiberg is interim Business Development and Transaction Manager at Bonava, a large, listed company in housing development with European operations. His assignment is to lead the work with land and building rights acquisitions, housing development, and divestment projects for the Swedish market.

How do you prepare yourself before an interim assignment?
“Management by objectives is important to me, so I read about the company as much as possible to be able to ask relevant questions and understand both the assignment and its challenges. The website, information about competitors in the industry, and various articles about the company are examples of where to find relevant information.”
